Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and [Company legal name], a company registered in [country] under number [registration number], with its registered office at [registered address] (“Frontdesign”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Frontdesign website, application, editor, generated pages, exports, publishing and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account, buying credits or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” refers to that organization.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your credentials confidential: you are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@frontdesign.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We may require you to verify your email address before you can generate pages or buy credits.
• You may not create several accounts to obtain promotional credits or to get around a suspension.

Frontdesign lets you describe a landing page in natural language and generates it with artificial intelligence and a library of approved components. You can then edit the page yourself or by chat, preview it on different devices, restore earlier versions, export it and, where available, publish it.

Frontdesign is built for landing pages and simple multi-page sites. It is not designed to host applications that need a complex backend.

Some features are offered as a preview or beta and may change, be limited or be withdrawn. During the public preview, some features, including accounts, purchases and AI generation, may be simulated; they are identified as such in the Service. We may update the Service to improve it, add or remove features or comply with the law, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect features you paid for.

Prepaid credits. AI operations are paid with prepaid credits (“Credits”), purchased in packs as one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Value and prices. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, one Credit has a commercial value of $0.10 (USD). Pack prices are shown in US dollars before you buy and may be subject to applicable taxes. Credits are added to your balance only once our payment provider has confirmed the payment.

Consumption. AI operations, such as generating a page, regenerating a section, making a targeted edit or analyzing an image, consume Credits based on the AI usage measured for each task, according to the pricing in force when the task runs. Manual edits, previews, version history and export do not consume Credits.

Estimates and reservations. Before an AI task runs, we show you an estimate and a maximum amount. The maximum is reserved from your balance and a task cannot start if your balance does not cover it. You are charged for the usage actually measured, never more than the reserved maximum without your prior approval, and the unused part of the reservation is released when the task ends.

Failures and cancellations. If a task fails because of an error attributable to Frontdesign, the Credits for that task are not charged or are returned to your balance. If you cancel a running task, the Credits for work already completed may be charged; the task shows that amount.

Nature of Credits. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender or an electronic money product, cannot be transferred or resold, and can only be used on the Service. They are distinct from any credits or billing of our AI providers.

Expiry. Credits do not expire while your account remains open. When an account is closed, unused Credits are forfeited, except where a refund is due under these Terms or required by law.

Refunds. You may request a refund of a pack whose Credits are entirely unused within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@frontdesign.app. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you agree that the Service starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the Credits you have used. Nothing in this section limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Price changes. We may change pack prices and the pricing of AI operations. Changes never affect Credits you have already purchased, but each AI operation follows the pricing in force when it runs.

Payments. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Demo mode. During the public preview, purchases are simulated: no payment is taken and demo Credits have no value.

The Service uses AI models from third-party providers. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content generated for other users, or unsuitable for your purpose.

• You are responsible for reviewing every page before you publish or use it, including claims about products, prices, results and guarantees, legal notices and regulatory information.
• You are responsible for making sure your pages comply with the laws that apply to you, including consumer protection, advertising, privacy, accessibility and sector-specific rules.
• Testimonials, statistics, logos, names and images in templates and generated drafts are examples. Replace them with real, verifiable information before publishing. Publishing fake reviews or endorsements is prohibited.
• Generated content is not professional advice, whether legal, financial, medical or otherwise.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create pages that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, including phishing pages, fake shops, scams or pages that impersonate a person, brand or organization;
• reproduce or clone a third-party website, or copy its content, design, trademarks, logos or code without authorization. Reference URLs and inspiration images may only be used as inspiration, within the limits of the rights that apply to them;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or any other rights;
• distribute malware, collect credentials or payment details under false pretenses, or send unsolicited messages;
• publish content that is hateful, harassing, violent or sexually explicit, that exploits or endangers minors, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activities;
• collect personal data through forms without a lawful basis and the information required by law;
• circumvent credit limits, reservations, rate limits or security measures, or interfere with the operation of the Service;
• access the Service by automated means other than the features we provide, or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows it;
• resell the Service or offer it to third parties as a standalone product without our written agreement.

We may remove content, unpublish pages, refuse a generation or suspend an account that breaches this section, and report illegal content to the competent authorities.

“Your Content” means the prompts, images, reference URLs, text, files and other materials you provide, and the pages generated for you.

• You keep ownership of Your Content. To the extent permitted by law and subject to the rights of third parties, we assign to you any rights we may have in the AI output generated for you.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display and transmit Your Content, only to operate, secure and support the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, subject to backups and legal retention periods.
• You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• We do not sell Your Content and do not use it to train our own or third-party AI models. We access it only to provide support you request, keep the Service secure or comply with the law.

The Service, including its software, editor, component library, templates, design and brand, belongs to Frontdesign and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual and worldwide license to use, modify and publish the components and template elements included in the pages you create, including in exported code, as part of those pages. You may not extract the component library or templates to redistribute them as a standalone product, theme or template collection.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

• You can export your pages as HTML, CSS and JavaScript files. Exported pages work without a Frontdesign account. The external services they rely on, such as third-party fonts, images, forms, payment or booking links, are identified and remain your responsibility.
• Where publishing is available, you may publish pages on a Frontdesign subdomain. You are the publisher of these pages and responsible for their content, legal notices and compliance. We may unpublish a page that breaches these Terms or the law, or that is the subject of a credible complaint, and we will tell you when appropriate.
• Forms only send submissions once you have configured and tested a destination, such as a webhook or an email address. You are the controller of the personal data your pages collect.
• Payment, booking and other links lead to third-party services. We are not a party to transactions between you and your visitors.
• We do not guarantee that published pages will be available without interruption. Keep your own copy of your pages by exporting them.

The Service relies on third-party providers, such as hosting, AI, payment and email providers, whose availability may affect it. Services you connect to your pages, such as payment, booking or form tools, are governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for your use of them.

• You may close your account at any time from your settings or by writing to us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create a risk or legal exposure for us or for others, or if the law requires it. When reasonable, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to export your pages.
• If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund the purchase price of your unused purchased Credits.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on content licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, survive it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty that generated content is accurate or will achieve a particular result, such as conversions or sales. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

To the extent permitted by law, Frontdesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify Frontdesign against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your pages or your breach of these Terms or the law, except to the extent they are caused by us. This section does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is required by law or only concerns new features. If you continue to use the Service after that date, the updated Terms apply. If you disagree, you can close your account before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing law], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [venue], unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the country where you live.

Before starting any proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Consumers may also use the mediation or online dispute resolution service available to them: [consumer mediator].
